Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request or buy a website redesign from 72 Designs ("we," "us"). By submitting a request or paying a deposit, you agree to them.

1. The service. We redesign your existing website and deliver a PDF preview of your new site within 72 hours of your scheduled build start. Your new site is built on Wix and transferred to your own Wix account after final payment.

2. Quotes and payment. Every project is quoted after your design call, based on the size and complexity of your site. You pay 50% of the quote as a deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before handover. Payments are processed by Stripe or by another method we agree on.

3. Scheduling. Your 72-hour window starts at the time we confirm after your deposit is paid and all required materials are submitted. Missing or late materials will move your start time.

4. What you provide. You agree to provide your logo, photos, copy and other materials, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You need your own Wix account and your own domain name. We never ask for passwords.

5. Revisions. Your project includes two rounds of revisions to the preview. Additional changes or extra pages beyond your quote can be quoted separately.

6. Handover and ownership. After final payment, we transfer the finished site to your Wix account. From then on, the site is yours to own and keep updated. Wix plans, domain fees, and other third-party costs are your responsibility.

7. Our portfolio. We will only show your before and after on our website if you give us permission.

8. Third-party services. Wix, Stripe, Calendly and your domain registrar have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Warranties and liability. We provide our services with care, but we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10. Cancellation. Either side may cancel before handover. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you pay your deposit applies to your project.
