Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

72 Designs ("we," "us") redesigns websites for small businesses and organizations. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, current website address, and your answers on our request form.
  • Files you send us for your project: logos, photos, copy, and similar materials.
  • Your Wix account email and domain details, so we can hand over your finished site. We never ask for passwords.
  • Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage information, such as pages visited on our site.

How we use it

  • To review your request, prepare for your design call, and build and deliver your website.
  • To send you emails about your project, including reminders and next steps. Each email explains how to reach us, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To look at your current website's public pages, including with automated tools, so we can understand what to improve.
  • To keep records for accounting and taxes.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run our business: Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling calls, Wix to host your finished site, and our hosting and email providers. They only receive what they need to provide their service. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information through the contact form at 72designs.com/contact.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
