Refund Policy

Deposit

• If you cancel before your 72-hour build begins, we refund your deposit in full.
• Once your build has started, the deposit is non-refundable, because your build slot has been reserved and the work is underway.
• If we cancel your project for any reason before delivering your preview, we refund your deposit in full.

Final payment

• The final payment is due after you approve your preview and before handover.
• Once your site has been transferred to your Wix account, the final payment is non-refundable.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. If something isn't right, please tell us during your revision rounds so we can fix it.

How to request a refund

Use the contact form at 72designs.com/contact with your business name. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
